The Journey

It begins with an end. Life is a chain of threads connected together with a knot, closing a chapter with acceptance and begin the next with focus. Some will have more knots in their life, for many reasons…and some would choose to have less (tbh, it’s less effort as well). This time, the end of the thread will be the lifeline for the next as uncertainties loom alongside the adventures ahead.

The last decade was almost, if not all, about appreciating the individual in me, learning who I am and identifying the strong values that would see me through tough times.

‘Think of three words that describe you’, a mentor once said to me. ‘Use them as your guiding post to keep you true’, it is one of the best lessons I’ve had in life. I’ve cycled through so many words over the years to build resiliency and grit with professionalism beyond even my own expectations, and I’m using it now to support others in their path to success.

Lao Tzu’s words seemed just right to start my new journey into the unknown. Hope it resonates with some of you.
